Each week, you will meet with your mentors in group settings at corporate sites to go through a guided curriculum focused on professional and soft skill development. In addition to your personal mentors, you will also have access to the other 50+ mentors at each site, and be able to utilize corporate workshops outside of weekly sessions to grow your network.
After the weekly sessions have concluded, your mentors will still be in touch at least bi-weekly to provide ongoing encouragement, skill building, and reinforcement as you navigate the job search, interview, and hiring process. All mentees who complete our program also get exclusive access to ongoing corporate workshops to continue to expand your network and grow your skill set.
Work with your mentors to set effective goals, then learn how to make them happen with four (or more) informational interviews in your prospective field.
Through the 50+ mentors at each program site, one-time volunteers, and exclusive corporate workshops, you’ll have the opportunity to make new connections to further your career.
Whether it’s networking at a happy hour, or presenting work to your team, you’ll grow more comfortable expressing yourself confidently in a professional setting.
Enhance your interview skills by developing answers to common questions, and practicing with volunteer professionals.
