Virtual Event: Alumni Coffee Hour:
Talking Yourself into Job Search Success

9:20am

Talking Yourself into Job Search Success

We all talk to ourselves and that is okay; but what are you saying?  Too often our self-talk is more prevalent when we don’t like what we’ve just said or done! The reality is whether you think you CAN do something or think you CAN’T – you’re 100% right!  That is why your self-talk will either help or hinder your job search, the choice is yours!  During this session, we will discuss the self-esteem cycle, complete a self-talk assessment and a self-esteem evaluation, and discuss how to improve your self-talk and your RESULTS! This session will help you improve results in your job search.
