Position Overview

StreetWise Partners seeks an entrepreneurial Client Services Manager who is excited to design and execute effective client recruitment strategies. The Manager will drive mentee recruitment in Washington, D.C. with the goal of enrolling 160 StreetWise Partners job seekers annually. The Manager will create a dynamic recruitment plan that includes building relationships with community organizations and colleges, leveraging marketing and social media, relationship building with local leadership and engaging the community at large. The Manager will be responsible for processing applications, scheduling and conducting intake assessments and managing logistics for recruitment events and information sessions.

This is a full-time position in Washington, DC and reports to the Senior Program Director. The role is hybrid. Some evenings are required.

Position Overview

The Program Support Coordinator is an exciting role that is charged with ensuring that our mentoring relationships stay strong, long-lasting and impactful. The Program Support Coordinator will support mentee/mentor pairs through our 13-week mentoring program that serves 160 mentees a year. The Mentoring Coach will ensure high program retention rates and make sure mentees are prepared with the skills needed to successfully navigate the job search process, ace the interview, and master the essential skills needed for job retention.

This is a full-time position in Washington DC and reports to the Senior Program Director. The role is currently hybrid, with 1-2 days a week in the office. One evening a week is required.
