Program Eligibility
Everyone has something to offer a mentee. If you can check these boxes, you’re a great fit:
at least 1-2 years professional experience
a role model of professionalism
commitment to attend all sessions
empathy for the needs and experiences of your mentee
willingness to make introductions
responsive to your mentee and our staff
