Senior Director of Corporate Engagement
StreetWise Partners is seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Director of Corporate Engagement to lead our corporate engagement program across the NYC and DC Metro Areas. This pivotal role is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with corporate partners who provide vital support through funding, volunteers, employment opportunities, and event spaces. Each year, our partnerships team engages with over 40 companies and hosts more than 70 volunteer events, including mock interviews, resume reviews and other exciting workshops to advance the careers of our job seekers.
The Senior Director of Corporate Engagement will drive business development, manage a portfolio of high-priority corporate accounts, and lead a team that activates our partnerships.
This hybrid role provides flexibility, with 1 day per week in the office and 1-2 days dedicated to external meetings and events.

Major Gifts Director
StreetWise Partners is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and driven Major Gifts Director to join our growing fundraising team and help scale annual revenue from $4M to $6M. The individual will play a pivotal role in securing major gifts, supporting growth campaigns, cultivating long-term donor relationships, and driving revenue growth for our important mission. The ideal candidate is strategic, and analytical, has a proven track record in major gift fundraising and a commitment to StreetWise Partners’ mission. This is an exciting role for someone who likes to be entrepreneurial, build portfolios and identify new opportunities.
This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office, in addition to donor-facing meetings and events as needed.

Program Support Coordinator
Position Overview
The Program Support Coordinator is an exciting role that is charged with ensuring that our mentoring relationships stay strong, long-lasting and impactful. The Program Support Coordinator will support mentee/mentor pairs through our 13-week mentoring program that serves 160 mentees a year. The Mentoring Coach will ensure high program retention rates and make sure mentees are prepared with the skills needed to successfully navigate the job search process, ace the interview, and master the essential skills needed for job retention.
This is a full-time position in Washington DC and reports to the Senior Program Director. The role is currently hybrid, with 1-2 days a week in the office. One evening a week is required.
