Attendance Policy

Clients in this policy refer to current Mentees and Alumni of the StreetWise Partners Bridge Program.

This policy only covers Event Attendance; read the full Client Event Participation Agreement here.

Cancellations

This policy applies to a calendar year:

  • 1 Cancellation: General cancellation email.

  • 2 Cancellations: Warning of further cancellations.

  • 3 Cancellations: Chronic cancellation email.

  • 4 Cancellations: Waitlist only email.

No Shows

This policy applies to a calendar year before it resets:

  • 1 No Show: General warning email.

  • 2 No Shows: Final warning email.

  • 3 No Shows: Restricted from events for the remainder of the calendar year.

1. Registered/Confirmed/Attended

  • Policy:

    • Upon registration for a workshop, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the event specifics, including date, time, and preparation requirements.

    • Clients are expected to attend all workshops for which they are registered and confirmed.

    • Post Prep Meeting, clients will receive location information.

2. Cancellation

  • Policy:

    • Clients must notify StreetWise Partners of cancellations at least 24 hours before the event.

    • Chronic cancellations (more than three instances within six months) will result in a review of the client’s participation in future events and will be automatically waitlisted when registering for events. 

    • After four cancellations within a calendar year, clients will be placed on a restricted list for future events.

3. No Show

  • Policy:

    • Clients who do not attend a registered event without prior notification will receive a warning email.

    • After two no-shows within a calendar year, clients will receive a final warning.

    • After three no-shows within a calendar year, clients will be restricted from registering for new events for the remainder of the calendar year.
